COMPETITION PRIZES
Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions govern the application process for entry into the competitions as described on this website. Please ensure you read these terms and conditions carefully before applying for tickets. Tickets to the show are allocated by Lime Pictures and you will also be subject to any terms and conditions notified to you by Lime Pictures.
Applications
You are only eligible to enter competitions on the website if you are a UK resident and you are at least 16 years of age at the time of entry. If you are aged between 16 and 18 years of age, you must have your parent or guardian’s permission. You can enter the competitions by submitting the form at www.matalan-hollyoaksmusicshow.co.uk and providing your full name, telephone number and email address and any other information required by us in relation to the competition.
No purchase is necessary, but when entering the competitions, you will subscribe to Matalan’s e-mail newsletter service. You can unsubscribe at any time. Any entry received after the closing date and time for entry will not be accepted. A maximum of 10 entries per person per competition prize shall be accepted. Successful applicants will be drawn at random by Matalan and/or Lime Pictures. If successful, you consent to Matalan and/or Lime Pictures using the contact details provided by you on your application to get in contact with you. The closing date for the prizes linked to the website www.matalan-hollyoaksmusicshow.co.uk is 31st December 2009.
Matalan and/or Lime Pictures reserve the right to invalidate any application received.
You agree that any information you give to Matalan may be passed to Lime Pictures for the purposes of administering your application to be in the audience.
Usage
You agree that you will adhere to any rules and instructions given by Lime Pictures and any of the staff on the set of Hollyoaks, including but not limited to any health and safety requirements. Winners must be over 16 or be accompanied by an adult.
Prizes issued to successful applicants are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
Matalan shall not be liable for any costs and/or expenses incurred by you in relation to using the prizes.

On the day
Filming will take place on location at Lime Pictures in Childwall, Liverpool. It is up to you to make your own travel arrangements to get yourself to the filming on time and at your own expense. Lime Pictures may reserve the right to refuse entry to the filming for any reason.
Filming days are expected to run from 10am to 6pm, with each filming day broken down into various performances, featuring approximately 3 to 5 acts.
Dates and times of the filming are subject to change and/or cancellation by Lime Pictures at any time.
You agree that you will adhere to any rules and instructions given by Lime Pictures and any of the staff engaged in the filming of The Hollyoaks Music Show with Matalan.co.uk, including but not limited to any health and safety requirements.
By applying to be in the audience of The Hollyoaks Music Show with Matalan.co.uk, you are giving your permission to be filmed as part of the programme and you allow us to use that footage of you for reasonable commercial purposes including without limitation broadcast material, marketing and promotions both online and on the television.
Matalan shall not be liable for any costs and/or expenses incurred by you in relation to (i) your application to be in the audience of the show; (ii) incurred by you on the day; (iii) if the filming dates or times change or are cancelled by Lime Pictures; and/or (iv) for any other losses whatsoever, save for those which are not permitted to be excluded or limited by English law.
These terms and conditions are governed by and will construed in accordance with the laws of England. You and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
